Tim Clements started the company in 2010 after working for a local electrical company and got laid off during a work shortage. Initially, he worked with local property managers and contractors to establish a loyal customer base. With an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service, the demand for the company’s services began to surpass Tim's capacity, leading to the addition of Travis Johansen to the team.

In 2021, our passion for our craft was recognized when we were awarded the prestigious Best of Twin Harbor accolade. Triple Tree Electric is locally owned and involved, sponsoring local sports from little league to soccer games.
Get To Know Tim Clements
I am a local product, a graduate of Hoquiam High School, and a first Gulf War veteran. After graduating, I enlisted in the Navy and served 6 years before I returned home to the work force. After a few years of being a logger I changed occupations and entered the electrical trade as an apprentice. During my apprenticeship I received the award for apprentice of the year for the state 3 out of the 4 years I spent in the program.
After working for a local electrical contractor in mostly industrial and commercial work I decided to work for myself. In 2010 I passed my administrators exam and then started Triple Tree Electric. I have kept the business small so that we can maintain the level of high-quality work and personal service that customers should expect.
Get To Know Travis Johansen
In 2002 I started my electrical career by starting a 4-year apprenticeship with in the Independent Electrical Contractors of Washington State. There I worked with contractors that served our Naval and Army bases.
After 14 years of primarily commercial work, I came aboard Triple Tree Electric. I have now been with Triple Tree Electric for 5 years proudly serving customers residential and commercial needs throughout Grays Harbor and surrounding counties.
